Click the podcast's download link to automatically begin downloading a .zip archive of the selected podcast to your computer. Please note: Depending on your system, you may need to right-click on the link and select "save target as".

For iPods, open iTunes and make sure your device is connected. Once the podcast .zip file has finished downloading, navigate to where it has been saved on your computer (this is generally either the desktop, or a "downloads" folder, which can usually be found in "my documents").

Unzip the file and drag and drop its contents into your iTunes library, or directly onto your device, as you would do with any other audio files.
