BOOKINGS All accommodation and pre ordered extras must be fully paid for at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details. A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained the booking is not confirmed. It is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation email and advise The Stillwater Seven Team if there are any errors or misunderstandings. By providing credit card details guests warrant they have the authority to use the credit card and they authorise STILLWATER SEVEN to charge the cost of their booking(s) and pre ordered extras to that credit card. The liability of Stillwater Seven arising from any cancellations of accommodation or a third-party operator is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking. Any damage made to the Stillwater Seven rooms will be charged at the discretion of the Management. GROUP BOOKINGS Please email to enquire about bookings all SEVEN rooms Where a group booking is cancelled after 5pm 21 days prior to the arrival date the guaranteed credit card will be charged for one night’s accommodation (tax inclusive) for each room included in the cancelled booking at each respective room rate and that payment will be held on credit for the guest(s) to use on a new group booking of the same room number in the future - to be used within 12 months of the cancelled booking. Where a group booking is cancelled after 5pm 7 days prior to the arrival date the guaranteed credit card will be charged for the entire value of the booking (tax inclusive) and that payment will be held on credit for the guest(s) to use on a new group booking of the same room number in the future - to be used within 12 months of the cancelled booking. FOOD & BEVERAGE Following a stock take of your booked room(s) and lounge bar after guest check out Stillwater Seven reserve the right to charge any items not paid for by the guest at the time of check out
