The Ocean Retreat

PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is one night of accommodation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security bond required: $1000 credit card authorisation or refundable cash deposit. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 31+ days prior to arrival - loss of deposit. 30 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. OTHER TERMS: Changes to an existing booking will incur a minimum administration fee of $25 each time the existing booking is changed (excluding cancellations). We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
