This Winter Solstice, escape to the heart of Northern Tasmania for a one-night-only feast under the stars.

We’re joining forces with our friends at @frankandlottiespressobar to bring you an unforgettable evening of fire-cooked feasts, local flavours, and warm hospitality — all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Meander Valley's spectacular countryside.

Meats cooked low and slow over open fires | Mulled wine + our favorite Tassie wines | A sky full of stars | Rustic farm vibes and roaring flames | Hospitality from the heart, done our way.

This is a back-to-basics, boots-on, blankets round the shoulders kind of night — no filters, just firelight, good food, and great company. Old school Tassie hospitality at its finest.
